At Bluestone Homes, we value the trust and confidence our clients, partners, and community place in us. To show our appreciation, we offer a structured referral program that rewards individuals who refer new clients to us.

 

Eligibility

Open to past clients, current clients, employees, vendors, and community members.
The referred project must result in a signed contract
Only one referrer will be recognized per project (first referral received).

 

Referral Rewards

We offer the following referral rewards based on the project contract value:

Projects up to $100,000

• $350 paid at contract signing.

• And an additional $150 if the referrer allows Bluestone Homes to place a company sign in their yard during the referred project, and Bluestone Homes determines the yard is a practical and visible location for marketing.

Projects over $100,000

• $850 paid at contract signing.

• Additional $150 under the same yard sign conditions above.

​

Projects  $500,000+

• $2,350 total reward.

  • $1,175 paid at contract signing and $1,175 paid at project closing.

• Additional $150 if the yard sign conditions are met.

 

Program Conditions

• Referral rewards are considered a token of appreciation and do not create an employment or partnership relationship.

• Rewards are paid directly to the referrer within 30 days of the applicable milestone (contract signing or project closing).

• The referred client must be new to Bluestone Homes and not already in our system as a lead.

Bluestone Homes reserves the right to modify or discontinue this referral policy at any time. Any referrals made before changes will be honored
